Food safety begins with plant cleanliness. The sanitation process is pivotal in protecting your brand and your customers. Our responsibility is to deliver the production floor that will produce a safe, wholesome product. We teach and support a foods safety culture that strives to meet our company standards for cleanliness. PSSI has a 10 plus person team who have the responsibility to support food safety training, implementation and self-auditing.

  • All employee procedure training
  • Chemical handling and HAZMAT training
  • Complete Master Sanitation Schedules
  • Chemical and sanitizer documentation
  • Documented pre-op and corrective actions
  • Quarterly audits on all accounts for procedure compliance
  • On-Site training on food safety
